Bringing in the light…

So, two nights ago I had a wonderful experience when calling in the light while in meditation.
Sitting up tall and I started to see bright white light at my sahasrara chakra. It was a bright flash that was strong and washed through my whole body. A full bright strong light went from my head to my muladhara chakra. And as it swept through my body I felt like I was shaped by blocks as though I were a crystal formation.
Then, once it arrived at the muladhara chakra it turned bright clear red. An intense and powerful color and light. It quickly arrived here in the muladhara and then turned around to go back up my body. It stopped briefly at my swadishthana chakra turning a strong, beautiful, and glowing orange color. Without lingering too long it swept north again towards my manipura chakra. Now keep in mind that this is all happening very quickly and it’s like a big gust of wind, like a squall. Then it went quickly to the yellow light of my manipura chakra.
Like a tornado whipping through my body the light now approached my anahat chakra and turned a beautiful shining emerald green. The light turned a wonderful shade of sky blue as it settled in my vishhuddi chakra. It didn’t stay long and very quickly was completely gone. It ended at the vishuddi chakra and never made it to my ajna or sahasrara chakras. I had hoped that it would return but it did not. It was gone, just like that. If I had set out to do this type of grounding and balancing meditation it would all have made sense, but I didn’t. It came upon me unprovoked and swirled and swished through so intensely.
This was the most wonderful experience I have had in a while, but it was the magnificence of the whole thing that I want to share. It is this type of event that keeps me on this enlightening path in the hopes of many more similar experiences. I’m not sure what all this meant, but it was a welcome experience. Maybe it was kundalini energy just coming to wake me up and get me moving. I welcome all interactions with the universe.
