Tarot fascination…
Over the past year I have come to understand and truly enjoy Tarot. I’m totally smitten by it! I have been interested in all things metaphysical since a young age, and listening to Tarot readings feels like home to me. As I progress on my spiritual path these readings fill me with hope and approval and guidance and validation of all that I am doing. They are quite invaluable to me.
There are a few people that I follow on YouTube. A reiki friend recommended that I check out Baba Jolie and I listen to her readings regularly. A few other readers popped up and I check in with them often too. One day I might listen to Chris of Minnow Pond Tarot and the next I might catch up with Joannie of Blessings Foundry Tarot.
While they are all different people coming from different places, I have noticed lately that they seem to be pulling the same cards and sharing the same messages. At least for my sign, Pisces.
There is good stuff on the horizon in all aspects of my life coming from a transformation and I just need to be patient and stay the course. They also share the message that I should be enhancing my spiritual gifts. And to push through and let my uniqueness shine. And to have the unique ideas and follow through with them. Be a contrarian and do things my own way….
Got it! For this reason, I believe that the knowledge they share is really invaluable. It’s a general reading, for the whole Pisces collective but oftentimes there are things mentioned that make it seem like the reading is specifically for me. One day I was listening to Baba Jolie while I was cleaning the house. She said that there was someone listening to the reading while pulling back a curtain. I was literally pulling the string and rolling up a window blind in one of our bedrooms as I heard her say this from a recorded session... I stopped in my tracks and listened with great attention to what she had to say. It was fascinating, and I listened with great interest knowing that she was speaking to me. It’s important to do as so often there are tidbits of information that I really enjoy and need.
Yesterday I listened to a new tarot reader. She was a spunky, hysterical woman and I really liked her. Her message seemed to be singly directed at me. She said some things that totally connected to my life. Right off the bat she mentioned about a connection with the letter “C”. Later on in the reading she said “Cece” (which is my nickname). My ears perked up! Then she said something about a dog (Jackson is traveling cross country with us), being outdoors (we’re traveling in a trailer, so basically living outdoors), being patient (with my husband, YES!). And then she said something about Mount Rushmore, where we will be headed tomorrow. Wowza! True insight!
Today, as I’m sitting down to meditate, I remember that the other night I had a dream. The first one that I’ve remembered in a very long time. There was a knock at the front door of our current home and I went to answer the door to find my grandmother standing there. This is my mom’s mom, and she passed away in 1999. I opened the door and found her at an age that I only remember from photos, maybe 45? She was svelte and had dark, dark hair. She looked great, and I was so happy to invite her inside. That’s all I remember of the dream. The cool part is that I heard in recent tarot readings that: 1, I need to remember the vivid dreams that I have and 2, that a deceased relative would be reaching out and 3, an ancestor would be coming to guide me along my spiritual path. So there you go, one dream solidified the messages of a few different tarot readers. And the directive is clear, invite my grandmother in so that she can bring me messages of guidance. What more could you ask for???
I’m thrilled to communicate with my grandmother, and to receive some guidance. Thank you Universe!
